Logged help ticket on March 20th
Logged a ticket on March 20th about an install issue and replicated the issue with 17.5.38, but haven't been contacted yet, when should I expect a response?

You have the beta patch (17.5.38) installed, right? This is the reason, that one has some serious bugs. I suggest reverting back to 17.4.37 and start a new game, that one is borked
