Playoff Coverage screen

I'm new to OOTP and just finished my first season. On the MLB Playoff Coverage screen, the linescores for most of the games list minor league players as hitting homers. For example, for a playoff game between the Dodgers and Nationals, it lists the Dodgers hitting homers as: J. Pederson (2), C. Seager (1), C.Tocci (0), D. Cozens (0). The latter two players are in the Phillies' minor league system. The box score doesn't show these players, but I'm not sure why it's showing up on the playoff coverage screen.

Also on that screen, it zeroes out the records for the home/road and vs. opponent breakdown. While the series stats for players appear complete, the "season vs" tab is entirely blank.

Is there a way to fix either of these? Thanks.
