Ticket Never Answered
I tried submitting a ticket over a week ago, it was never answered.
It's not really a bug, but maybe this will actually get me some help: I upgraded to Windows 10 without delicensing first. I need my "old" PC deactivated so I can play again... |

I've had the same problem, and I sent an email asking for an update as to the ticket status, without any response.
