Fixing reports after deleting leagues

So I originally created an online league with 4 leagues and 4 minor leagues. I wound up deleted these leagues and players and went with one league and one minor league and regenerating the players.

I have a problem, though. When I upload the league reports to HTML, and go to click on a "new team", it links to an old team page.

Do I need to purge all deleted files in order to my online reports updated?

I would back up and then purge. It sounds like the old team numbers were attached to new teams.
