Force Sign players

I'd like to ability as commish to force teams to sign a player like we can for trades. I like to keep up with current MLB transactions at times and like as much history in my game as I can get and it doesn't show up in their history if I place them on the team they need to be signed.

I'd like to ability to add or edit all aspects of history and add my own if needed.
I'd love full real history for the NLB or KBO or any of the indy or foreign leagues

I'd also like the ability to delete team owners, and all hidden players. At times it's easier setting up a league and importing it into another one, and rather then having owners and hidden players imported over as well I'd like to delete them.
