In the 3D ballparks currently there are ads for generic products (gasoline, rental car and OOTP18), you could actually sell these spaces to real life products (steam, other games, real products (prob. PC related))

This is a pretty good idea actually. It probably can't be done with the real stadiums as RchW pointed out. But suppose the devs made 50-60 major and minor league fictional stadiums for player use on fictional and minor league teams then I don't see why not. It's a win-win. We get something we really need: more ballparks and the devs get a few bucks for making them.
