1905 Game

I've been thinking about trying a very old game, perhaps in 1905 with young Ty Cobb, and I have several questions.

1. Are models available for all historical ballparks like for the 1930s and beyond?
2. What optional mods (caps, logos, jerseys etc.) should I get besides the ballpark collection that's available on Steam Workshop and facegen that I already have?
3. Will there be enough players to fill all the teams over time, using the OOTP player development system instead of calculating everything each year?

pstrickert has great historical ballparks (in 8 parts, i think) in Adds on central. They will cover the deadball era (1901-1919). Actually i believe they go from 1901 to present. If you're playing a historical game, they will evolve as they did IRL.

if you use minor league evolution using real historical minor leagues - which starts in 1914-15 with Fed. League and then restarts in 1919 with texas league, expanding a few every couple of years), there may be issues of not enough players in certain teams affiliate minors when the minors start getting rather large in the late 20's and 30's, particularly St. Louis Cards and maybe Pittsburgh. The solution was given to have ghost players enabled. When i play that era - i don't use ghost players, i manually add players from FA pool (if any). Another solution was to have game fill empty (or low) rosters with fictional players. Or you can unretire players the game retired a "bit" early to refill FA pool, from which you can fill rosters. (They may have resolved most of these issues in recent patches. .... i'm beyond that era in my game, having moved into the 1920's- changing my game from historical to semi-historical, getting players from International Complex etc, self created players and what-not ... ) just be aware not enough players could become an issue and a couple of way to resolve issues. (You may need to be in commish mode to do most of the above i thinks.)

hope some of this helps. And to re-iterate first point the ball-parks from pstrickert are great.
