Something strange is going on.
When I watch a game I'm seeing defensive replacements entering the game in the 7th even though I have it set for the 8th and I just observed my closer being put into the game to start the 8th even though I have it set for the 9th, we weren't ahead and there were several pitchers rested and available in the bullpen.

The closer is the one who was brought in an inning early in a tie game with both setup guys available as well as a competent middle reliever. Last edited by Dyzalot; 07-06-2017 at 06:31 PM. |

Why is this still happening with closers. For some reason the AI is bringing them in to start the 8th in the postseason. They are used realistically in the regular season and then they are being used in the playoffs as if it is 1960 or something. Can't believe this hasn't been fixed yet.
