Hello All ... !!

Here is what I would like to do ... ... ...

1) Create a (fictional[?]) league -- comprised of 16 teams representing the franchises in existance before the "expansion era" ... ... ...

2) Each team's roster would be comprised of each franchise's "Greatest 25 Players" -- but, based on CAREER stats -- not an individual season ... ... ...

3) Would prefer to do "manual scheduling" -- re: "tournament formats" where I pair the teams (based on whatever criteria I decide) ... ...

4) I want the computer/program to make all the "game decisions" -- be "the manager" -- re: pitching rotation, substitutions, when to steal a base, hit-and-run, etc. ... ... ...

5) All "season stats, etc." still accumulate -- re: injuries, pitcher fatigue (e.g. each game would NOT start the same pitchers over and over) ... ... ...

Is this possible? How easy would it be?
