Is it possible to make an international competition from an already made and developed fictional universe???

How would some teams fill out rosters if they don’t have enough ....

How would it affect international discoveries???

Yes, I have done this same thing with two long-running universes. Teams that don't have enough players get their rosters filled out with "Temporary" players that (I think) disappear after the tournament's conclusion. As far as international discoveries, I don't believe there is an impact at all.

I have added both the wBC and Olympics...

Question, do the teams have preset unies? I don't know yet as the tournies are not played every year

There is one potential negative impact on international discoveries--players can be taken from an international complex, but when the tournament is over they can't be put back into the complex, and will instead end up on a minor-league team. So if you had some kid you wanted to leave there for another year or two for a little more seasoning... oops, sorry.

They do come with preset uniforms. They're generated automatically, just like an expansion team's. BUT you can edit the team's uniforms and ballcaps too.
