Minimizing Game Causes Crash

Running on a Windows 8 64 bit laptop. I run the game in admin mode.

Whenever I have the game open and try to minimize the game and bring it back up, the screen turns completely white and then black. Happens in both window/full screen mode. I have to force shut down the game and restart it.

What video card do you have?

And are the drivers updated?

Didn't see that sorry.

Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000. It says everything is updated.

I also noticed in task Manager when I force shut the game down it says: OOTP 19 (32 bit)

I reported this issue with OOTP 18 as well. It never did get fixed, for me anyway. Was hoping it would be gone for this year's version, but no. Thinking now it's just an issue with certain machines.

I just got used to it and learned to save very regularly.
