are there any plans for FHM4 discount?

as in the title. I remember last year when I bought FHM3 at release of OOTP 18 with 50% discount(or was it at release of the final FHM3 update?). This time I havent seen any discounts whatsoever and quite clearly with OOTP 19 being cheaper(!) than FHM4 I would rather buy OOTP 19 or not buy anything as Im not that much into baseball.

They usually have a discount when the Stanley Cup playoffs begin.
