I can't get out of fullscreen mode

Mistakenly changed my (Steam) OOTP 19's 3D settings to fullscreen out of windowed mode. Can't do ANything in fullscreen mode...no mouse contro,nothing. O really dont want to have to unisnstall and re-install. Can someone help,PLEASE

Solved my problem. ALthough I couldnt SEE my mouse pointer, I was able to see my mouse affecting certain tabs by hovering over them. Slowly and carefully, I was able to make my way to the settings tabs by moving my mouse around, and slowly change back to windowed. Not easy.
