Patera was a good coach. I pulled for Seattle when they came into the league cause I wanted to be the only kid in my neighborhood who pulled for them. I still have my NFL lunchbox w/all the helmets of 1976. That had Seattle in the NFC & Tampa in the AFC that 1st year. He got the Seahawks franchise off to a good start and found them 2 gems in Steve Largent & Jim Zorn. Didn't know he coached the FF & the PPE.

You may well know of his brother Ken if you followed professional wrestling during the 70s and 80s.
