Duplicate Players?

I've been noticing a good amount of duplicate players in my OOTP save. I am using the latest patch and running an expansion team in the, otherwise, real/default/current MLB environment. Anyone else seeing duplicate players in free agency, in the international free agents, and when searching for a specific player? Is this a roster issue or could my save have somehow become corrupted?

I am attaching a screenshot so you can see what I mean. Anyone else seeing this?

From what I've found duplicates happen if you go to start a universe/league/etc and go "back" for any reason. It's finicky, but in a sense you can only go forward during creation, never back. Adjust after creation.

Thanks. I don't remember going back but it's been a few weeks so my memory of that could be spotty. Anyhow, I guess I will just delete the duplicates as I find them.
