Question Fictional League Startup/Contract Q

Hi folks!

I am starting an 8 team fictional league, and I have a question about initial contracts. I want to my players to start with no service time, reset minimum contracts, and 3 years service needed to become a FA. My question is, will this create a crazy FA bonanza after year 3 where every player changes teams? Ideally, a fair amount of players, and most stars, would sign extensions before this first free agency hits. I want the teams to maintain some form of identity, rather than have every team change after 3 years. I’ve never started a fictional league with zero service time, so i’m curious how this works.

I’ve been playing OOTP for 4-5 years, and this is my first time posting on the forum. Thanks, you all rock! Also, if this should be posted somewhere else, please let me know!
