How to make a 2-way player a 1-way player

I am playing as the Cardinals and for some reason they have Jack Flaherty as a 2-way player. How do i change this or at least get my AAA manager to stop putting hi in the lineup

There's a box in the "Strategy" tab for that player you can uncheck that will make him a one-way player.
