Banter and Critiques on Player Ratings/Skills

Anyone have any player ratings that caught your eye for being too high/low or missing? This isn't to really complain (as it is a near impossible task to rank this many players over 130 years), just discuss some in game observations.

I've been doing a ton of fantasy drafts with the all time franchise rosters.
Two things caught my eye for the all time rosters:

1) Bo Jackson seems low in speed and arm strength. If baseball held a tournament on these two categories I think Bo would beat the vast majority of all contenders.
2) Pete Rose doesn't have a 2nd base skill. Bip Roberts has positional skills in 4 areas. I would guess Rose meets whatever criteria Roberts passed.

Noticed today that Pete Grover Cleveland Alexander doesn't have a fastball as a 28 year old on the All Time Rosters. Thought that was a bit curious.

i think a lot of the work on historical stuff is community contributred... by that i mean a few people work on it and not get paid? could be wrong.. maybe that's just hte historica MiL stuff?

but, i thought there was a forum dedicated to it, but i don't see it as i look, now. maybe in ootp mods - database forum?

maybe pop a post into future suggestions so it gets noticed and/or passed along to whomever(s) is responsible for working on that stuff.

Hmm. What pitches does he throw? Because "not having a fastball" generally just means he doesn't throw a four seamer. If he throws a sinker, splitter, or cutter, he still throws a fastball (of course, the cutter wasn't around when he pitched and arguably neither was the split finger fastball).

He does have the sinker.

Sinker 65
Curveball 55
Changeup 45
Screwball 40

Stuff 45
Movement 70
Control 65

Would be amusing if when he enters the game there is spot on the graphical HUD that shows his blood alcohol content.
