Can I / How do I import my OOTP 17 leagues into OOTP 19?

You'll want to download the OOTP18 from here: https://www.ootpdevelopments.com/out...ball-download/

Then import the OOTP17 game into that and then the resulting game into OOTP19.

Just a bit more info. You don't have to buy OOTP18 to do this, demo mode will let you import from OOTP17.
