Overpaid Veteran???

I'm trading for a minimum-wage rookie and a young player on a minor-league contract, but my assistant GM is warning me about an overpriced veteran. (Maybe tied to the money I'm throwing in???)

Confirmed it's tied to the included cash. Cut from $7m to $3m and message changed. Still a bug, but a rather minor one.
