Talent Change Randomness
Do work ethic and intelligence play a role in TCR? I now they both affect development, but would a higher work ethic or intelligence increase the odds that a player would get hit with the magic TCR stick, or is it really random?

So a high work ethic, high intellgience guy is not valuable at all when it comes to TCR? That is disappointing.

Can’t protect ourselves from randomness. That doesn’t mean those attributes are unimportant to development, just random changes.
