Cheapest PC to play OOTP19?

Hey guys.. my laptop just broke and I don’t want to go looking for an expensive laptop just to play OOTP 19 on.. what are some of the cheapest laptops out there that allows me to be able to play the game on? I was looking at HP Steam 11 but not sure if it matches the requirements it needs for the game to function...

I would highly recommend throwing a Solid State Drive into whatever laptop you get (if it doesn't already come with one.) While not necessarily cheap, the prices have come down a long ways and has made running OOTP (especially with online leagues) such a more enjoyable experience, if that's even possible!
