Pitcher scouting report showing for SS

A player in the draft list both pitched and played infield in high school. In his profile he is listed as a SS. However, while his Scouting History shows batting information, he is listed as a RP in it. And, his Scouting Report is for his pitching.

When I switch him (via the editor) to a RP, then pitching information appears in the Scouting History and his Scouting Report remains the same one (for his pitching). I can't get a Scouting Report as a SS to appear.

Added: according to the profile page, the OSA has the player as having 3.5 star potential while my scout has him at 5 stars. But on the scouting page has the reverse: my scout giving him a 3.5 and OSA giving him the 5. I'm used to minor inconsistencies between the various reports, but this seems a bigger-than-normal inconsistency.

Along those same lines, one of my position players pitched 1.2 innings, the year before last as an emergency reliever and now my scout thinks he's a pitcher.
