Nations - List players, Modify Quality questions

A couple of questions as I prepare for a Euro expansion in my current NHL game:

-Is there an easy way to list all players from a given nation? (Note: This could be per league, for instance show all players from country X in the NHL)
-Is there a way to modify the base nation ratings (for example, make a nation create more/higher quality prospects)?

The player search filter (magnifying glass icon at the top of the screen) can filter by nationality. But there's no way to modify player creation quality for nations right now.

I missed that trick. That works great.

It would be nice to be able to modify the underlying world like that a bit more, I know it's not a huge deal but eventually

Is there a means to communicate requests? I'd also like more flexibility in playoff structure (ie play-in for 7-8-9-10 teams in the NHL), but I don't want to spam the forum with suggestions if there's a better way to give feedback.
