Exclamation Missing players

Slightly different from the sticky.


Account Sirpugg -



Just bought a pack for 1000 PP, opened it, got 2 grey, 2 bronze & 2 silvers.. Then went to look at the roster, and ALL 6 of the new players are missing. not on the roster, nor are they listed under inactive cards.. just no trace of them, but the 1000 PP have gone from my balance.

Also, migth be connected, might not, but sometime this faternoon, my game has seemed to stop giving me the 'New sim data to download at the end of each tick.. it goes to 'simulating' at the end of the countdown, then after about 60 seconds, the countdown restarts.

I have closed the game and restarted, including logging out and back in numerous times, and neither of these things have 'fixed' themselves.

Go to your saved games folder, delete the folder with the ".pt" ening, then start OOTP and log back in. Then these players are most likely back in your inacive list in your card collection.

Still nothing showing on my roster..


I did the following steps :-

Closed the game
deleted all the folders with .pt as the ending (there were 5 of them)
Then restarted the game

I still only have 27 players in both the roster, and the inactive cards section, and am still missing both the 1000pp and the 6 players that I pulled.

Just gained enough PP to open another pack.


Prior to opening the pack I had 27 players.


After opening the pack, and gaining 6 cards, my game now says that i have 29 total cards.


This means that 4 MORE cards have gone missing.. this now makes a total of 10 cards that I should have, are not in either my reserve roster, or showing as deactivated cards.


Needles to say, I probably wont bother buying or opening any firther packs, as it is just a waste of PP at this point.

Just to expand the info. Before opening the pack on Sirpugg, I switched to my other account, SirPuggUK, and opened 2 packs on there, both opened fine, and all 12 cards appeared in roster/card list.

Then I switched accounts, and opened the pack on my main, resulting in the loss of 4 cards from that pack (bringing the total lost from 2 packs to 10).

Both accounts are on the same computer, using the same software, and the accounts have identical settings.

Just thought I would give the extra info to brighten your day even more

I now feel like a total retard!!!


I discovered what the problem is, and this thread can be deleted.


It was in the settings under the auto-sale of cards *facepalms*
