Lost PPs?
Had 10,995 PPs. Bought a gold pack with no issues. Went to buy another and got error messages. Now I only have 995 PPs.

Nope. Didn't get a second pack. Only inactives on Roster are people I had previous.
unless you're telling me the best player I got in that gold pack was Tyler Austin at a 59 overall. |

FYI, sometimes if there are server hiccups or stuff like this, you need to log out and log back in. I've also noticed some cases my PP balance doesn't add up right after an auction, and as soon as another transaction comes in that changes the balance (ie. selling a card), it comes back. "Have you tried turning it off and on again?"
