No Card Info

Hi, my in-game username is zoso745, and I can not see any player ratings (stuff, movement, control, contact, gap, HR power, eye, avoid k), etc. This is only a problem on my desktop as I can see ratings and numbers on my laptop. I was curious if this is a known problem or if it is possibly a memory issue? I have erased all my offline games, reinstalled on another hard drive, verified the integrity of game cache (steam copy), and I still have the problem. I can see players overall but cannot see their ratings (it is just a grey bar)

Thanks for any help, I have loved perfect team, and can't seem to get enough of it.

Check the profile & settings tab in the PT home screen, I bet the ratings scale is not set there.
