Coaches - Online League Question

I am in an online league with coaches and we are in legacy mode and everything is set to my personal control instead of AI. Craig Counsel is "red" in a lot of areas, retaining full control. Is there no way to override this? I don't remember ever running into this issue in solo sims, maybe because I play in commissioner mode? He just happens to be red in basically all the areas I really care about.

It is a league setting in "Global Settings" the commissioner would have to change.

What setting exactly is that? He said they already have legacy mode on.

OP what does this coach look like? Can you post his profile so we can have more info on this dude?

Legacy mode was what I was referring to. Not sure why you wouldn't be able to move sliders if that is checked.

Yeah legacy mode was/is already enabled. Can't override any of the red areas still.

Can you screenshot the coach profile? More info on them would help a ton.

What exactly are you looking for from the coaches profile? Anything in particular? I screenshotted his strategies.

Seems to be an issue with Legacy mode not working. I'm not able to make changes either

There is a trick to override this.

If you go to the top of that screen you have screenshotted where it shows your MLB team and click the tab and switch it to your rookie or A ball team where all the coaching settings are green than change it to what you want for all the sliders.

Than click copy

Change it back to your MLB team at the top and hit paste and it will change it to the new settings.

A bit of gaming the system but I don't consider it too cheesy as it is just some setting changes and not game breaking cheating.

Yeah, I wanna see his profile. I want to be able to read it. I want to be able to see all of this. It's not like it is confidential, everyone in your league can see all of this about him. There might he a hint on this page that could give us more to go on. What you have shown us so far, just shows you are in GM mode and not GM/Manager mode. So there is something about this coach that we can not see from the team strat page.
