Player has history from another team

Just bought Shohei Ohtani in the AH about an hour ago.

I updated my pitching staff and lineups so he was a SP and DH for me. Closed OOTP 19, and picked up a pizza. Just got done eating, open the game and see that he has prior history in the league from another team.
