Mirror Cards Bug

Please look into this and if you need more information my user name is klcs77 and my team is the texan texans.

This happens when you get the same card in the same slot in back to back packs. I have lost normal cards due to this a Diamond card due to this and today a silver card due to this.

the most recent is the 72 over all Unsung Heroes not a card of great value. yet this needs to be looked in to more and fixed please. I was mad when i lost the blake snell card less mad about this one but please look into fixing this some of us have droped a few hundred dollars into PT and when this happens it feels like being cheated out of a minimum of 167pp if it is a normal 1k pack.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say here. Sometimes card images may have issues when downloading packs, but the cards will still be in your collection. The Victorino card is in your reserve roster there. If you're saying that you should have a second one as you opened one in a previous pack, I would suggest checking your inactive list, since it may have ended up there.

Sir,
what i am saying is that i got that card in the pack before the mirror card so i should have had two not one. The mirror card is the same card in the same place as you received it in the pack before. You can't not have a way to look at the cards given to me in the 25 packs i posted the transactions for please look the cards i received. from those packs. I am not trying to cheat you out of a 100pp card and everyone tells me the same thing you did but its not true. maybe it is for places other than steam but it doesn't give you the card as you got it in the pack before.

I really tried to give you everything i could so ya'll could see it or know where to look I am not sure what more i can give you then the account and time when it happened please let me know if there is something else i can do for the future if it happens again I have tryed to work with the CM on discord and now here it seems either it is something that cant be fixed or no one has explained it in a way you can track the bug down. so i will try once again that i got the same card in packs opened back to back once i checked my reserve roster i only had 1 of the cards so either you get the mirror card and not the one before or you get the one before and not the mirror card. I am not sure another way to explain it i dont think i could prove it to you with screenshots as it would be oh he just deactivated one then took the shot.

Thanks for the update - we just want to be sure we understand the situation properly.

According to our logs, it appears you only received one Victorino at that time. What may have happened here is that the tooltip for whatever reason remembered the card from the previous pack, and that it was not actually a Victorino card in that spot. I'm not sure what card exactly it was in that spot, whether it was auto-sold or not.

I would suggest you use the button on the settings page to redownload card images and clear your cache in order to hopefully prevent these blank cards in the future. But I believe this is a case where there is simply a bug in the tooltip display - you would either have to check the history to see what cards were sold at the time, or check your reserve roster/inactive list, to clarify exactly what card it was supposed to be, when you see the blank cards.

*Edit, we did actually track it down. It should have been a "Unsung Heroes, SP Philip Humber, CWS, 2012" card in that spot.
