Manage Cards

I'm fzappa1 and am in brz .275.

When I clicked on "manage cards", today I got this:

I don't know if this is normal or not. It never did this before. I have cards I can't sell or auction off. Why? I'm reporting this because:

a) never saw this before.
b) and this messes up my running my team.
c) what foul have I committed, if any.
d) don't understand why this is like this.

You must have at least 15 position players. Get to 16 and you can sell one.
