Stopping automatic coach creations?

Is there a way to turn off the automatic creation of coaches? I like to turn retired players into the next generation of coaches and scouts. I really dislike having to go in and delete all the ones that are automatically created. I am hoping I’m just missing a setting that somebody can point out

No you can not turn it off. i wish. i have over 3000 coaches in my eBL vs MLB league. i gave up 3 versions ago trying to delete the fictional guys each year.
