Never Received Link!

Where is my Link?
Pre-Ordered OOTPXX, and I saw posts on the OOTP Various Facebook Papges that others had received there link and had already begun play.

So where is my link? 4am 3/19 and I am ready to go to work so nothing for me on 3/18.

How about some extra Perfect Team Points for the problem. Thank you for a Forum to complain.

I believe it is likely still the case that if you have opted out of emails from us in the past at some point, you won't receive emails like this either. Another possibility is the email got caught in a spam filter.

As mentioned, the links are posted, so if you have pre-ordered and have a serial number, you can download them and play. No need for the "official" email from us
