Teams switched stadiums in middle of a World Series game

I created a new game which simmed through the 2018 season, and then played the postseason tournament. I wasn't a GM or anything, I simply simmed though and observed as a fan.

The World Series ended up being a matchup between the Red Sox and Brewers.

The series went the full seven games, with Game 7 played at Fenway...at least, that's the way it started out.

Sometime during game 7, the stadium itself switched from Fenway Park to the default generic ball park... I've attached a screen shot of the game after it switched stadiums on me. Again, the game started out at Fenway, complete with the Green Monster.

Also, once the stadium switched, the coordinates of the pitcher, batter and catcher were off. You can see in the screen shot that the batter is in front of home plate, the pitcher is behind the mound and the catcher is out of position as well.

I don't know if this requires league files as well, but I'll try to upload them anyway...

The game file is called "Started w 2018 season v0002 .zip"

If it helps, I think I might have played the first 4 or 5 innings of game 7 before simming to the 8th and 9th innings. I think when I simmed to the 8th inning, that's when the stadium changed, but I'm not 100% positive on that.
