Issues, issues and more issues

I've tried on two different computers, I've tried on work and at home... different internet connections and it's still saying cannot sync cards. I am having all kinds of issues with this game and it's getting very frustrating. My firewall is turned off, the game crashes for me every time I try to open inactive cards and all my good players are on inactives therefore I am not going to fare well when season starts after I already bought in with $.

I have also created another team and it logs me in just fine.. but my main team won't allow me to log in, and I can't get to my cards anyway even when I was logged in.. How does someone get a refund on this? I had these same issues in 19.
