Too Many Foreigners

Decided to try the Honkbal Hoofdklasse because why not. But my roster on Curacao Neptunus is filled with players that have Dutch as the second nationality, but it is not taking that into account and is giving me an error of too many foreigners when I start the season. I only have 2 out and out foreigners while the rest are dual nationals. It is the starting roster, as I did not pick up any FAs.

This should be fixed next patch.
