OOTP 19 Login tied into OOTP 20?

I was in OOTP 19 and 20 PT. When I logged out of OOTP account, it also logged me out of the OOTP 20 account.

That seems to be the case as a couple of days ago I was logged into PT20 and when I logged into PT19, it logged me out of PT20 saying I could only be logged in on one computer.

I can log into the same account at the same time. But when I switch users on OOTP19 it logs me off OOTP 20.
