MattD1972 Minors (Rookie Ball) Join Date: Apr 2012 Location: New Milford, PA Posts: 37	Lost License? I installed a new hard drive in my computer 2 weeks ago, and am not able to reactivate OOTP 19 because my licensing email is gone. I emailed support when I first had this issue, and was assured that they would resolve it shortly. Cut to this weekend, and still nothing. A second email to customer service has done nothing. have never had anything but good experiences with OOTP developments, but this is unacceptable. It better not be a ploy to get me to buy 20 right away.
