Game is improperly changing the "Hook" setting
I have a league that started in 1937. I used the league totals, strategy, etc. from 1937 when I started the game.
I want the game to stay at the 1937 settings. Under Progressing Settings, only "adjust league totals modifiers" is checked, all other boxes are unchecked. "Automatically adjust league strategy" is definitely unchecked. As the game moves from year to year, the General Strategic Tendencies all stay the same EXCEPT for the two "Hook" settings. Those change from year to year. They started out on "Default", and then almost each year they have been different. The game is currently in 1950, and they are "Default" for starters and "+5" for relievers. I have reset them back to "+2" repeatedly as the league has progressed. I uploaded the league files under the name "HookBug.zip"

Update:
This occurs when league totals modifiers are calculated, whether automatically through the "Automatically adjust league totals..." button, or if you do it manually.

Yes, this is expected. While they show up in the stats settings, they are closely related to the other league modifiers like pitcher stamina, and will be recalculated when the league totals are recalculated.

The result of this is that the Hook settings change to settings that are mismatched with the stamina and use of relievers setting, and then the engine goes a little haywire. When the hook is set to very quickly, but the use of relievers is set to very rarely, you start having relievers appearing in 140 to 150 games a season (and 2700 or so games in a career). I noticed this in a league that had the hook settings change over time to modern era settings, while all of the other tendencies stayed the same (1937). If strategy settings are set to remain the same, then the hook settings need to stay the same with them.
