Getting Messages About My League

I am currently playing in commish mode with the MLB and various international and independent leagues running. Is there a way to receive messages only related to the MLB? I'd rather not have to scroll through hundreds of messages every day to find out who a major free agent signed with or that somebody was traded.

Go to Mail & News. Bottom left. Can change News Subscription settings using the drop down menu.
