Pitcher Injured on Final Out of Game

I had this pop up a couple of days ago and am just getting around to posting it. In this scenario, Ian Kennedy was injured during the final out of the game. I was not allowed to proceed until I replaced him. Furthermore, it wasn't as simple as just dropping another pitcher in the pitcher's slot on the right hand side (I tried; I was not allowed to drag-and-drop).

My workaround was to move the DH to the pitcher's spot through the position drop-down menu. Has anyone else experienced this?

It happened to me once.
Can't remember how I corrected it.
Agree, It is a problem though.

Same. I forget what I did too. Clearly it's a bug.
