Does the game itself auction cards?

I ask because I'll see about 25 cards of Dellin Betances auctioned at the same time and the expiration date is exact to the second for all of them.

Even if someone was hoarding the cards, there's no way they could be synced to the second.

of course they could, every auction ends in minute intervals so all you have to do is set a custom length a minute less after listing the first half of them

The developers have said many times that they do not "seed" the auction house.
