Awards options

- Age limit on rookie of the year. I have a major league that is powered by MLB cast-offs and veterans and it's a bit weird to have 34-year-olds traded in and win ROTY. Would like to be able to either age or service time limit who can win.

- Option to generate one winner in each category across all the leagues, instead of each league having its own winner.

I like these - and I'd add the ability to manually select Manager of the Year.
