Control your farm team

I clicked on it, but I can't hire and fire staff ?! I would like to hire coaches with better prospect training, one asistant in Colorado Eagles currently has "very poor" in that category...

I have the same problem. I am HCGM for the Carolina Hurricanes in the 2nd year of a standard game. I check the box under Control Farm Teams for the Charlotte Checkers, but I can't make changes to the lines. All I can do is set which players are dressed. I have to "cheat" in Commissioner Mode to sign free agents to the AHL club, but that might be a different issue.
