Perfect? team

As a devotee to online leagues, I will be forever grateful to OOTP and the great product they develop that allows for that online league strategy to play out as it does.
I won't find a scenario that provides a more realistic opportunity to act as a general manager for a baseball organization.

But, perfect team?
...its hard to get anywhere near as interested in this.
I have a team full of mid 90's rated players, and am struggling to be a .500 team in the *iron league.
-this is far too reminiscent of PS version of games...and makes people chase down things that do not have anything to do with the strategies of baseball that draw me in.

I am a fan of OOTP making money however they can. But I hope some of the profits are used to help along the online part of things. That community is great.
