....and assuming they will have PT of course, will they continue to run PT for OOTP19? Would players still want to play this version when two newer ones are out there?

If people are still buying PP for 19 I don't see why they wouldn't keep the servers going. When there is a Steam sale for 00tp19 cheap that has to be a good way to get new players into Perfect Team too

Yes, the 1st year it comes out and the 2nd year is now when 20 is out.

I'm still enjoying PT19. In many ways I prefer it to PT20 but that might just be because i've taken more time crafting my team in 19 than in 20. I regularly log onto both multiple times every day.

I got the itch and logged back in this weekend. I decided to shuffle some things around there for something different to do. It was fun to look at the history that I had been ignoring for months.

To me, 2 years means 104 weeks. PT19 was barely out a few months before it was superseded. At any rate, I would hope they give PLENTY of warning for a shutdown of the game. Plenty of warning for me would be 6 months, starting with shutting down the ability to buy points.

I see. Since PT1.0 came out late it would be less than 2 years.

What I hate about PT is how all the teams look a like. I have certain players that perform well in 19 and it has gotten me quite a few World Series rings. But it is getting boring because all my teams (3) look the same.. same players mainly. And if I try to sell a pitcher to get another the only ones available are same oh same oh...

So I have been using up my points for Card packs. Opened hundreds upon hundreds with no additions to my roster. Last night I opened 15 regular packs and received a Perfect Top WAR Mantle, a 96 Top WAR Ernie banks and a Perfect Ohtani. With about a month left, NOW I get useful cards!
