Is there anything you can do so players don't retire so early?
I know the setting during league setup with OOTP dev engine.

Is there anything else?
Is there a way to BULK unretire players?

Beyond tweaking those dev settings, not to my knowledge. A setting that handles retirement frequency & so forth has been requested before. Hopefully someday...

Yes. Do a list of all players*, then filter or sort or whatever to show the retired players, then bulk-select the players you wish to unretire (using the radio button on the far left of the list), hover over any selected players and right-click, and then select Unretire Players.

*One way to do this is to go to your League ("MLB" or whatever it is) dropdown menu, select Reports & Info and then select List All MLB Players ("MLB" may be some other abbreviation in your game). From there, first click (at the top left of the list) Include retired players. Then you can further sort and/or filter on the players, if needed.
