Matt Arnold: Please Help: Can't Download OOTP21
I have tried four times to download OOTP21 for PC.
It downloaded 36% and stopped processing... I cancelled the download. It downloaded 67% and stopped processing... I cancelled the download. It downloaded 76% and stopped processing... I cancelled the download. It downloaded 76% and stopped processing... I cancelled the download. Now I check my email and find I have been charged four times on my credit card. Would greatly appreciate help from one of the OOTP21 Moderators or Development Team. |

I did manage to download the game.
I used the download link on the email and it worked. I don't think I followed the download instructions correctly. I hit the download link for PC on the purchase page... down below it was a continue buttom, but I never got a chance to use it... when I hit the download link for PC, it began the download and charged me, but never completed the download. Hopefully, I can cancel the other three charges on my credit card. |
