Online owners building ballparks

I am starting an online league with old college friends - most of whom have never played OOTP before.

I LOVE the build your ballpark feature and am constantly messing with it. Been on my want list forever. so happy it is here.

My question is for anyone running an online v21 league - can the owners build\modify their ballparks in game and then that info is uploaded via the normal FTP process - or do they have to send you the info, export\import or really any information at all for someone who has actually done this in game would be much appreciated.

The commissioner does the updating.

so answering my own question with a possibility that I will test as I get my league up and running. I would imagine that if a user created a field and then used the "export this parks data to a file" and then sending that to commish for import.
