Historical Teams in Fictional Leagues

I'm a new player of OOTP so I'm not sure whether this has always been in the game or not or whether it's already been discussed. I started a fictional league to pit each MLB franchises best team of the past 40 years or so against each other for a single season.

I went through and selected all 30 teams to find that half of the players were fake. The 83 Orioles were missing Cal Ripken and only had 3 real pitchers in their entire staff, including 0 real starters. In fact most pitching rotations seem to be missing around 3-4 starters each. Players such as JD Martinez were missing from the 18 Red Sox, Ichiro missing from the 01 Mariners, Tulowitzki from the Rockies, Jorge Posada and Derek Jeter from the 98 Yankees. Just a few of many examples.

I was fine with importing logos and jerseys but missing giants chunks of every team makes it really tough to use historical teams in these leagues.

The manual will guide you through importing historical teams. Sound like you should re-import the teams. The historical database is very accurate as far as I know.

I want a mix of a few 2020 teams, and some teams from 70s and 80s. Possible?
